Commissioners described the change as a limited amendment to an existing fee schedule rather than a comprehensive rewrite. Bruce moved to approve the amendment; David seconded and the motion passed by voice vote.

The county said other fee schedule items remain unchanged and that the change addresses a specific portion of the prior schedule.
