Earlier in the meeting remote resident Tyler Mandress praised the projects and asked the council to prioritize flashing beacons and shared-use paths at busy intersections such as the roundabouts near Rio, saying enhancements would improve safety for pedestrians and drivers alike. The city expects work on several pedestrian and shared-use path projects in the proposed FY27 Capital Improvement Plan.
