Emily Corsetti, Deputy Commissioner of Buildings and General Services, told the committee the project has been funded to date with ARPA dollars and prior capital appropriations: approximately $150,000 from an Acts of 2023 capital appropriation and about $48,780 from a planning/reuse contingency in prior Acts.
