Benton County details tech procurements for government center; bid openings scheduled

One commissioner said initial spot checks on cost estimates had come in near or below expectations and expressed optimism about competitive pricing.
Staff said Contegrity is managing sealed bid openings and that the county will advertise on the builders' exchanges to maximize competition. Commissioners directed staff to add the bid openings to the committee‑of‑the‑whole calendar and to return with a final AV vendor recommendation within the next two weeks.
