Local Tow operator Mr. Miracle (on the rotation list) raised accuracy concerns about the Duval figures quoted to staff, clarified the proper heavy-duty (Class C) rates for semis and rotator equipment and asked for specialized-equipment line items to be added. Discussion also covered whether mileage should be charged as one-way loaded or roundtrip; operator and commissioners favored eliminating mileage for Class C to reflect higher hourly rates covering road distance. Commissioners asked staff to reconcile Duval/Putnam rates, add missing line items, share the revised chart with all local operators, and present a cleaned-up draft resolution at the next meeting.
