Council members and staff responded that many of the contracts were under bid thresholds and said the administration will begin placing continued contracts on future agendas and consent lists so the public can see when tax dollars are being reauthorized.

LLC for landscaping/field maintenance, Wasen Brothers for emergency pump repair and replacement, and Pro Phoenix Corporation for public-safety communications maintenance). Those items were approved en bloc by motion and roll call.
