Steven Reeri, the local representative, told the committee he was not aware of the licensing lapse. Solicitor's office staff described prior enforcement efforts, including a temporary restraining order and superior-court action, and recommended a $1,000 fine citing the time and expense the city incurred to obtain compliance.
The committee voted to find that Enterprise had operated without a license and then to impose the $1,000 penalty, payable within 15 days. Committee members said the corporation—not the local manager—would be responsible for payment and that the clerk’s office would monitor payment status and return the item to the calendar if the fine was not paid.
