Staff found required site information present, confirmed the fire marshal and engineering review for emergency access and stormwater management, and recommended approval subject to three conditions including extending privacy screening adjacent to residential properties and final utility and stormwater approvals.
Developer representatives told commissioners the project has been planned for years, that the canopy height and other details had been adjusted to meet staff comments, and that shared‑drive agreements with neighboring properties are underway and will be provided to staff before permits are issued. The commission recorded unanimous affirmative roll call votes to approve the site plan subject to the listed conditions.
