The Chino Valley Planning and Zoning Commission on April 7 voted unanimously to forward a recommendation of approval to the Town Council for ZC2026-02, a rezoning request that would change about 3.06 acres at 3280 North State Route 89 from Commercial Light (CL) to Commercial Heavy (CH). The rezoning was requested by Permit Pushers on behalf of CHM Homes (also referred to as Oakwood Homes).
