The Lodi Village Council adopted resolutions on Dec. 22, 2025, honoring Timothy Samples and Patricia Graham for their years of service to the village.
Police Chief Keith Keough presented a plaque to Patricia Graham on behalf of the police and fire departments. Keough said he wanted to thank Graham personally, calling “twenty years of service…quite a feat,” and said he appreciates her friendship and support over the years and is honored to call her a friend.
Both resolutions were approved by roll-call vote. The record notes that Samples was absent at the meeting; the resolution honoring him was nonetheless adopted.
