Resident tells council trucks turning into Advance Bronze are rutting her mother’s lawn

Carson asked what could be done about the situation. Council agreed to have Utility Superintendent Tracy Haltrich review the turning movements and the site conditions and to withhold zoning mowing-violation notices while the resident is unable to mow the rutted area.
