The resolution was moved and seconded and adopted by roll call with "Mr shf" voting yes, "Mr Franco" voting yes and "Mr Caba" voting yes.
The council also voted to award and execute an agreement with EB Employee Solutions LLC to provide Health Reimbursement Account services. That resolution likewise passed on a unanimous roll call.
