The Forest Lake City Planning Commission voted unanimously to table the public hearing and consideration of the Hidden Creek South preliminary plat and preliminary planned-unit development after the applicant asked for more time to resolve outstanding issues.
Staff told the commission the applicant requested a 60-day extension for the application; staff noted that extension will now expire on June 20, 2026. "The applicant has asked the commission specifically not to consider the application this evening," Staff member Michael said, and asked for a motion to table to a date to be determined.
A commissioner moved to table the public hearing and consideration of the preliminary plan and PUD to a date to be determined; another commissioner seconded the motion. The motion was adopted by voice vote with all members present in favor.
No substantive project review or public testimony occurred at the meeting; the item will return at a later date when the applicant requests re-scheduling.
