Morristown council adopts March minutes, approves consent agenda

The Morristown Town Council voted to adopt the minutes of its March 24, 2026 meeting and approved the remainder of the consent agenda. Council President Bucci called for a motion to adopt the minutes; the motion carried with Councilwoman Foster recording an abstention and the other members voting yes. Bucci then asked for and won approval of consent agenda items two through six by unanimous vote.
The minutes adoption was recorded with Councilwoman Foster abstaining; Councilmen Anacone, Silva, Umbriac, Russo and Council President Bucci voted yes. On the subsequent motion, Foster, Anacone, Silva, Umbriac, Russo and Bucci all voted yes and the items were adopted.
There were no amendments or roll-call disputes recorded. The council moved from the consent agenda into a public hearing for citizen comment.
