Katie Caster Jackson of Wesler Engineering told the Hamilton County Regional Utility District on March 9, 2026, that there was 'not much of a engineers report, but they are continuing to work through punch list items.' She said Wesler completed a punch‑list walkthrough on Feb. 25 and identified items contractors need to address. Reynolds has submitted several pay claims that will be moved to the commissioners for review and approval, and there are pay-claim requests for release of retainage currently under Wesler's review.
A commissioner asked whether the mandatory fiscal reporting prepared by CJ and Oscar had already been submitted and whether the board needed to ratify that submission. Staff said they would double-check the filing and, if ratification is required, would place the item on the next agenda for the board to consider.
No dollar amounts for the pay claims or retainage were provided during the meeting, and no formal action on those specific pay claims occurred at this session. Commissioners are scheduled to review and act on pay claims in a subsequent meeting or process as staff forwards the claims for review.
