After discussion, a motion to accept the report "as revised by Sarah" was put to a roll-call vote and passed with affirmative votes recorded by Jean Bole, Drew Krauss, Glenn Martin, John Mitchell, Jessica Simmons and Gail Sharet.
The commission instructed Sarah O'Reilly to prepare the final version for submission; a commission member noted the report must be submitted by the end of January so it can be printed for the Town Meeting packet.
