Applicant Lisa Lano addressed the commission, saying, "My name is Lisa Lano, address is 1442 Jensen Avenue," and that her plan is to operate a food truck at the 972 Broadway site. Commissioners asked whether the applicant could meet commissary requirements; Lano confirmed she will use an off-site commissary and said the arrangement will work despite the commissary’s distance.

The approval allows the mobile food trailer to operate at the site subject to the conditions contained in Resolution No. 0262-24, including the commissary and health-department requirements.
