Allison Spinelli said the Gloucester County Workforce Development Board must prepare a new five-year Local Area Plan and is required to review and update that plan every two years. Staff said Triad Associates will assist with the 2026 update, which will analyze local labor-market changes, include an e-survey and interviews of clients, and highlight a new youth program.
Spinelli said the stakeholder input survey was distributed with a goal of collecting at least 60 responses and will close on Friday, Nov. 21. The committee obtained an extension to submit the draft plan to the State Employment and Training Commission (SETC) by Dec. 3, 2025; staff will post the draft concurrently for the required 30-day public-comment period.
The transcript does not include the survey instrument, a list of stakeholders to be interviewed, or draft plan details.
