The board also continued hearings related to properties near the ski area on Powers Road and Robins Road, where applicants seek subdivision and stormwater management permits to create three lots. Developers pursuing approvals at 219 Littleton Road presented plans for a large mixed-use residential project; hosts said plans included construction of two residential buildings, 300 units total, with garages, parking and landscaping.
A proposed five-lot subdivision at 35 West Prescott Street was continued to May 18 at the applicant's request. In general business the board discussed matters related to 37 Powers Road, including draft decisions, covenant requests and amendments to a long-standing development agreement. Board members also raised the possibility of conducting hybrid meetings in the future.
