Cole County SMAC approves agenda and minutes; staff says most recent stormwater complaints were general and easily addressed

Don Hillis, chair of the Cole County Road and Bridge Advisory Board and serving this meeting for the Stormwater Management Advisory Committee (SMAC), called the Nov. 21, 2024 meeting to order at 8:01 a.m. and confirmed a quorum.
