The council also approved ordinances amending the 2026 Salary and Positions ordinances, various bartender and temporary event licensing resolutions, a contract with Rettler Corporation for Phase 2 of the Wirth Park redevelopment (Resolution No. 11537-26), and confirmations including the appointment of Sarah Kitsembel as Finance Director (Resolution No. 11538-26).
