Following an executive session on confidential student matters, the board reconvened and the chair read three resolutions: one described in the record as overturning the administration’s finding for a referenced "HIV" case (case number 28894/GS0306205) and instructing that the parent be notified; and two residency-hearing resolutions finding that students identified by the referenced file numbers (2020055, 2020056 and 20242147) are ineligible to attend South Planefield schools because parents or guardians did not provide proof of residency and did not attend scheduled residency hearings. The resolutions order disenrollment, a 21-day removal process per statute, and assessment of tuition for ineligible attendance.
A motion to add and accept these resolutions was moved, seconded and approved by roll call; the clerk recorded affirmative responses from the members present. The board then adjourned the meeting.
