Council attendance recorded affirmative responses for Council members Jordan, Lopez and Mickey; Vice Mayor Hanser Romero was noted as absent. The council chair recessed the open session to go into closed session on agenda item 2.1; the clerk confirmed there were no public comments either online or in the room before adjournment to closed session.
