Commissioner Kinsky moved the staff‑draft motion that the commission find the application meets the applicable requirements of the city subdivision regulations (chapter 38) and the zoning ordinance (chapter 48) and is consistent with the comprehensive plan, and that the revised sewer easement on the final plat accommodate the as‑built conditions. Commissioner Duncan seconded the motion.
A roll‑call vote recorded unanimous approval: Mr. Pollinsky — yes; Mr. Duncan — yes; Mr. Stevens — yes; Miss Freedellander — yes; Mr. Kinsky — yes; Chair Kont — yes. The motion passed and staff thanked the applicant for attending the meeting.
