Fletcher wins greenway grant approval; wetlands delineation submitted to Army Corps

Mark emphasized the figure is preliminary and depends on future approvals and matching funds.
Mark also reported Mill Associates completed and submitted an updated wetlands delineation to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for formal review; the town is awaiting the Corps’ determination before proceeding with preliminary engineering on potential fill areas and development planning for Town Center. He noted a moratorium remains in place on certain Town Center parcels and that any changes to flood ordinances will factor into future decisions.
Council asked staff to track Corps feedback and next steps for engineering and permitting.
