Cody Sack, senior planner, responded to a commissioner question about photo documentation for vacation home rentals, saying staff no longer takes interior photos for those rentals because interior compliance is handled by the health department and that staff could provide exterior photos if the commission wished. "If the Planning Commission wishes, we can continue it to go take pictures of the outside," Cody Sack said.
After pulling item 4E (CU20-02) from the consent calendar for separate consideration, a commissioner moved to approve CU20-02 per staff recommendation with 16 conditions; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
The commission voted by voice to approve the remainder of the consent agenda items in a single vote, with item 4E handled separately as described above.
