County Manager Candace Bryan, who led discussion on the first item, told the board staff had returned from a recent work session with the changes the board requested to the signature authority policy and the governance policy so day-to-day operations could continue. "We had a work session last week and we came back and made the changes that you guys requested to the signature authority policy and then also the governance policy," Bryan said.
