Mr Kaying moved that the committee forward (1) the resolution establishing the advisory committee and its bylaws and (2) the seven recommended appointments to full council with a recommendation of approval. Both motions were seconded, heard with no discussion, and approved by unanimous voice vote; both items were forwarded to full council for final action.
The committee did not hear public comment on the item.
