City of Otsego council approves Meridian Fields subdivision rezoning and preliminary plat

The City of Otsego council voted April 13 to approve the Meridian Fields planned unit development, a rezoning and preliminary plat that will allow a new single-family subdivision northwest of Odin Avenue and 70th Street.
City planner Dan presented the application from Summergate Development, which covers about 62 acres and initially showed a preliminary plat with 141 single-family lots.
