Key measurable goals presented included increasing K–2 grade‑level readiness from 64% to 85%, raising academic proficiency from 31% to 51%, and increasing graduation from 78.5% to 90%. The plan sets an attendance target of 95% average daily attendance and aims to reduce staff turnover from 11.3% to 8% by 2030 while increasing male teacher recruitment from 23 to 30 male teachers. Implementation will assign each priority area an implementation team and district leader; staff described monitoring using key performance indicators and alignment with school improvement plans.
Board members praised the inclusive, consensus-based development process and asked for condensed one‑page collateral and public rollout steps. A motion to approve the final strategic plan carried by recorded voice/electronic vote.
