Staff reported 2,863 complaints initiated, 2,185 investigations closed, and 2,136 field investigations pending as of April 1.
The committee had no substantive questions and moved on with the agenda. The figures were presented for informational purposes and will be available in the meeting packet distributed by board staff.
Chair Serpa closed the meeting and reminded members of the next committee meeting on June 10 and the full board meeting scheduled April 29–30.
