Rules Committee approves procedural rules for multiple measures, rejects warrant amendment

At the conclusion of extended testimony and questioning, the Rules Committee moved to adopt procedural rules governing floor consideration of several measures. The committee recorded and reported the following actions:

The committee subsequently reported the rule forwarding the clean 18‑month extension.
