Tyler presented the ambulance/transport provider’s report to the ARB, summarizing fourth‑quarter 2025 and early‑2026 operations. For Q4 the presenter said the provider handled 4,551 requests for service across all call types and completed 3,325 transports. Tyler reported that Bravo/Delta/Echo calls in the city met the 9‑minute standard about 90% of the time in the quarter and that PJ performance for the same call levels was about 93% for the 13‑minute standard. He said the service rolled no calls to outside providers in Q4 and responded outside its primary coverage area twice.
For January 2026 Tyler reported 1,398 requests with 1,210 transports; Bravo/Delta/Echo performance was 88% in the city and 88% in the PJ for 9‑ and 13‑minute standards respectively, while Alpha/Charlie/Omega calls were 97% city and 100% PJ. February totals were 1,373 calls with Bravo/Delta/Echo performance at 92% city and 94% PJ; Alpha/Charlie/Omega performance was 98% city and 100% PJ. For March Tyler reported 482 requests for service that month with 90% city Bravo/Delta/Echo performance and 84% in the PJ; Alpha/Charlie/Omega performance was 99% city and 100% PJ.
The Chair thanked Tyler for the report; no follow‑up questions were recorded. The figures were presented by Tyler on behalf of the provider and the ARB did not take action on the statistics during the meeting.
