The Francis Howell School District completed routine organizational business at its April 7 reorganization meeting, electing officers and appointing delegates and administrative officers for 2026–27.
Nominations and roll-call votes produced unanimous results: Steven Blair was elected board president; Amy Greider was elected vice president; Kevin McGuire was elected treasurer. The board then moved to appoint Jane Hepler as secretary and district custodian of records; Michelle Jones was appointed alternate custodian/alternate board secretary. Board members also affirmed their commitment to the board’s code of ethics and authorized continued use of the current signature plates until new plates bearing the 2026–27 president’s and treasurer’s signatures are received.
For representation at the Missouri School Boards' Association (MSBA) meetings, the board elected Jason Adams and Sarah Dillard as delegates and Sarah Okey as the alternate delegate. All nominations were accepted by the nominees and approved by roll-call or voice votes as required for each item.
Votes and roll-call sequences were recorded during the meeting for officer elections and MSBA delegate elections; in each contested roll call listed during the meeting, board members voted in the affirmative for the slate presented. The board closed the organizational portion of its agenda after these approvals and moved to board comments and adjournment.
