Lindsay, representing the Pavilion Grill, briefed the Sports Pavilion committee Feb. 12 on menu specials, catering growth and community outreach.
She said weekly specials such as pulled-pork tacos and the pancake-of-the-month have been so popular some runs have been extended. The Grill is providing catering for local clubs and community groups, including a Spanish club event the same night as the meeting, and expects to staff a booth at the Palm Ridge quilt show Feb. 21–22 and the artisan fair.
Lindsay also noted online ordering is available at pavilionaz.com and asked members to provide constructive feedback. “We take it, we listen to it, and we do adjust based on what we’re hearing,” she said.
Committee members thanked Lindsay and encouraged residents to use Pavilion Grill catering for club events and special functions.
