Mr. Leonard, the applicant, told the board he intends to use the existing building and conduct operations indoors, estimating 10–15 customer trips per day.
No members of the public spoke at the public hearing. After brief board discussion, a motion to approve SUP 2608 subject to the staff‑recommended conditions passed by voice vote. Staff will finalize the site plan and conditions as part of the permit process.
