Stadium logistics were discussed at length: the district has 450 reserved seats (324 already accounted for for fall 2026, leaving 126 reserved seats available); reserved-ticket renewals begin Aug. 3 and unused reserved seats open after the first home game. Staff reviewed ticket lines, food-truck locations, locker-room arrangements inside the school for inclement weather, and mapped traffic flow that routes opponent buses and visitor parking to the rear loop to keep the front area free for school buses.
Board members also asked about the scoreboard and public-address system. Fonis said the scoreboard and PA are working for track and that OES (the scoreboard vendor) will complete integration during the first home football game; the district has a technician to run the board at events. The board asked about portable bleachers and ground stability; staff said they will evaluate ground conditions and consult contractors.
