The evaluating member recommended continuing administrative classroom walk‑throughs to support instructional improvement and urged ongoing work to rebuild trust and communication with the Wakefield Educators Association.
The committee discussed formative versus summative cycles and noted this year’s work was the formative (year‑one) assessment; members may incorporate additional feedback before the summative review. No changes to Dr. Lyons’s employment were proposed during the open‑session discussion.
