Board members and the applicants discussed operational approaches to reduce peak‑period parking stress, including using a temporary curtain or simply managing turnover; the owners said weekday lunch service is high‑turnover and that evening hours would be the greatest change. The board asked staff to prepare a draft motion in favor of approval; the motion to request a draft motion for 45 seats passed unanimously. The draft will be read into the record at the next meeting for a formal vote.
