John Drooie, chair of the Town of Falmouth Planning Board, said the applicant must provide a full response to outstanding engineering comments and new study requests before the board takes a decision. The project, presented by attorney Jim Burke and engineer John OD for an applicant listed in the application materials as William Loutini, proposes to pave and stripe a southern parking area to accommodate buses, add infiltration drainage, install downward‑directed lighting on the carport or poles, and add screening plantings.
