Scott Park of the Controller’s Office presented a five‑year contract with Master's Touch to print the county’s valuation and tax notices, a payable of $33,074 per year. “This is the company that will print our valuation notice that goes to all the homes,” Park told commissioners before they moved, seconded and approved the contract by voice vote.
