Local recovery provider seeks support for youth scholarships and 19-unit recovery housing

Nick Rois, CEO of All Together Recovery, told the Boyle County Fiscal Court that his organization is running a youth enrichment scholarship for atrisk children and is developing a continuum of treatment and recovery housing.
Rois said a $100,000 grant from the Foundation for a Healthy Kentucky helped provide programming to more than 100 children across several counties last year, pairing psychosocial education with community activities and removing financial barriers for participants. He asked the court to support awareness and potential local funding for program expansion.
Rois also described recovery housing plans: an existing residential treatment facility for men, intensive outpatient services, and 19 planned units to be used for certified recovery housing and transitional living. When asked whether the units were currently available, Rois said some units were occupied after purchase and several have been converted to certified recovery housing as residents have moved on.
County officials discussed possible local contributions tied to the county's budget process; Rois said the organization did not present a single specific ask at the meeting but had requested $20,000 from the city and would welcome a similar local pledge.
