Roofing flashing work added a $8,529 change order. For the stadium, a consolidated change order (number six) totaling $27,684 covers rock retaining walls, an additional ramp railing and keyed thumb‑locks; presenters said these costs are covered by contingency funds.
Staff said change orders are reviewed by the district’s construction manager (Fidevia), architects and engineers before coming to the board and that the projects remain on schedule with an anticipated stadium completion around the end of July and commencement still planned for the stadium. Mrs. Hentz also presented the district’s annual Siemens automation services agreement (one year) covering four of six buildings plus the stadium and the recently added Falcon connector, with a contract amount of about $70,000; administrators said this covers remote access, data backup, and 24/7 remote support with on‑site visits as needed.
What the board will vote on: the listed change orders, the stadium change order, and the Siemens one‑year services agreement are scheduled for formal approval at next week’s meeting. There were no formal votes on these items at the April 13 work session.
