The Milford Planning and Zoning Board voted unanimously April 7 to approve a coastal area site plan review allowing a two-story addition at 180 Point Beach Drive.
The application notes the owner, Daniel H. Hatchman, seeks a 25-foot high addition to an existing single-family dwelling on Map 30, Block 644, Parcel 2. Jesse Rollator of Cypress Construction said the work would expand the house’s right side and remain consistent with the existing structure.
City staff reviewed the petition and told the board that the project is zoning compliant and that no adverse impacts to coastal resources are anticipated. After brief proceedings the board moved to approve the plan; the motion passed with all voting members in favor.
Chairman Quish offered a closing remark, wishing the applicant well: “Good luck with your project.” The board then moved on to the next agenda item.
