City staff: LWCF-funded park requires allowing nonresident reservations; fee schedule to be updated

Under the grant rules the city may charge nonresidents up to twice the resident rate for reservations.
Staff said they will review the fee schedule and return with proposed adjustments to comply with LWCF conditions and ensure consistent reservation procedures. No fee changes were adopted at the meeting; staff will bring the matter back for consideration.
