The mayor called for a motion to approve the agenda items as presented; the motion was moved and seconded and a roll-call vote recorded affirmative responses from Councilmember Bisa, Mr. Kamsky, Mr. Arno, Mrs. Jaffo, Mr. Kogan and Mrs. McNight. The council then adjourned until its next scheduled meeting on January 7, at 6:45 p.m.
