The Planning Commission approved PC 1326 on April 14, 2026, a final plat to create eight single-family detached lots as Phase 3 of the OrangeShire subdivision (formerly Woodwick Phase 2).
Staff reported the parcel is zoned R20 under the existing code and that the phase will extend Breezewood Ridge, include one detention pond, and install necessary stormwater, water and wastewater infrastructure. Staff recommended approval, noting the proposal is consistent with the Fairview Forward comprehensive plan designation of new residential medium for the parcel.
Allison Corolla of Tsquare Engineering told commissioners the plat is straightforward and reiterated that the phase contains eight lots with a detention pond and a 20,000-square-foot minimum lot size. With no substantive questions from the commission, members voted 7-0 to approve the final plat.
The approval requires the developer to complete required public-right-of-way extensions and infrastructure as shown on the construction plans and to comply with the development code now in effect for new submissions.
