Concord schools ask for modest capital fixes; major projects deferred

The district said it is balancing small, high‑impact fixes now while preserving capacity for larger investments later.
Hunter characterized this year’s capital requests as "minimal" and part of a coordinated capital review process that will continue as the district plans for future bond cycles and facility life‑cycle needs.
