Several participants urged clearer communication and suggested forming a parent-educator tech advisory group to advise K–12 policy.
Committee members said the coffees helped the district hear direct feedback but also noted the boundary between listening and handling individual student complaints: members urged attendees with specific student issues to pursue administrative complaint channels while the committee collects broader input.
Members recommended continuing the coffees and using them to inform district communications and policy planning.
