"We were contacted this week by a property owner who was offering to pay the full cost of it," a public works speaker said, noting an initial estimate of 450 to 550 feet but that staff did not yet know the full cost. Commissioners asked staff to prepare a board order or resolution and to place the item on next week’s agenda so the board can review the estimate and avoid piecemeal decisions.
